Apple vs. Samsung has reached to a complete legal war that has stunned the continents. From Tokyo to san Francisco have experienced the cases of these two companies.
The judge in South Korea said that both Samsung and Apple are guilty of the issue of patents and the judge ordered the two companies to pay each small amount of damages.
He also said that android devices which were patented with features that caused depravity of Apple by Samsung will be banned and will no longer be in the markets.
In South Korea, The country’s top antitrust watchdog, Fair trade commission has started an investigation of the Samsung’s practices done against Apple’s devices.
The newspaper Korean Maeil stated that FTC started the investigation due to the complaint done by Apple against Samsung. Apple claims that Samsung is taking such measures that have declined their position in the market due to the patents such as 3G patents copied by Samsung.
This newspaper also signified that Apple had complained against Samsung in June and the documents have been reviewed by FTC that were provided by Apple.
Well! It is very difficult to get the conclusion of this legal war between Samsung and Apple that has really stunned many nations.
