Yesterday, Dropbox announced that its cloud service will be integrated into more Samsung devices from this year. It’s partnership with Samsung was first started with Samsung Galaxy S3.
It is one of the first smartphone from Sammy that comes with a free 50GB online storage courtesy of the cloud company. In it’s official announcement, Dropbox said that it will make its way to Samsung PCs and smart cameras starting from March 2013.
Lars Fjeldsoe-Nielsen, the Dropbox Head of Mobile Business said that, “Extending our successful relationship with Samsung from mobile phones to cameras gives more opportunities to users to access and share photos, videos and documents, regardless of what device they are on”.
Back in November, Drobpbox reached 100 million users. The expanded availability of cloud service on various Samsung devices will definitely help it gain more users and stay ahead of the competition.
