If you have Mac Computer and you want to root your Galaxy S3 device then follow the given below tutorial. Before start to proceed please make a note that this method will work only for U.S and Canadian Galaxy S3 Variants. That includes T-Mobile SGH-T999, AT&T SGH-i747, Verizon SCH-i535, Sprint SPH-L710, U.S Cellular, and any Canadian Galaxy S3.
If you are Windows User then follow this procedure. So, let’s start:

Instructions :
- First turn on USB Debugging on your phone by following the path Settings>Developer Options>USB Debugging. There make sure whether USB Debugging is enabled.
- Plug in your phone via microUSB to your Mac OSX computer.
- Then download the “GalaxyS3RootUSCanadaMac.zip” folder using this link.
- Unzip “GalaxyS3RootUSCanadaMac.zip” and move the folder to your desktop.
- Open Terminal and type these commands and press enter after each line:
cd Desktopcd GalaxyS3RootUSCanadaMacsh RootMac.sh
- If you get any problems, try restarting your computer and using a different USB Port.
- Your phone will reboot once or twice depending what type of phone your using.
- Once your phone has finished rebooting install “SuperUser” from the Google Play Store and your phone will now rooted!
NOTE : This method only roots your phone, it doesn’t install ClockworkMod Recovery. If you want to install then use ROM Manager from the Google Play Store to install ClockworkMod Recovery.
