This year’s CES have introduced a lot of new devices that are worth owning but no other device received this much attention then LG Spectrum LTE which was jointly announced along with Verizon.

This newest device from LG features the LTE radio antennae that will provide 4G connectivity to you. This device is designed with the state of the art specs which will make sure that you don’t regret owning it.

What makes this device stand out is its massive 4.5inch AH-IPS display which provides HD resolution of 1280×720 with 329ppi complete with cornering gorilla glass for protection.

The display is so amazing and it improves upon the LCD and you can also say that it may rival those AMOLED screens. The screen reproduces color in its original form without any over saturation which are pleasant to view in other words you can say the phone gives you the color the way they were meant to be seen.

The viewing angles of the screen are much better as compared to other LCD units. LG is quickly catching up to becoming one of the best screen providers in the market.

Screen isn’t the only thing that will impress you. The phone also comes packed with 1.5Ghz dual core processor with 1Gb of RAM on board. This much processing power will make sure that you own the android market and will also run any full HD videos without breaking any sweat. If your worried about storage capacity then you worry in vain because the phone comes with 17.5gb of storage space which is more than enough to download the entire android market.

Also the phone is packed with an 8MP camera which produces splendid images with nice color tone and pictures tend to be bit over saturated but then again most people like the pictures to be a bit over saturated. The camera will also allow you to record 1080p videos with continuous auto focus and couple it with that ample large storage you can do a lot of recording.

At the time of release the phone will come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread. LG have promised to update the phone to Android 4.0 ICS sometime later this year. LG have performed quite a bit of customization to the user interface and they’ve added the ability to create categories for your apps which is not available on any other phone. Along with custom categories you can also create unique folder containing apps of the category that you have created. You can place the folder on the home screen also.

On that massive 4.5inch HD display watching videos is a splendid experience. Since LG and Verizon are launching this device they have cooperated with ESPN to deliver awesome HD content to the phone over Verizon’s 4G LTE network. So you can be assured that you will be looking at the screen more often.

The phone will be available from Verizon at January 19th and you can have it for just $199 on a 2year contract.
