Motorola have announced two new devices in this year’s CES and they are none other than Motorola Droid 4 and the Droid RAZR MAXX.

Motorola Droid 4:

Motorola Droid 4 is a remarkable achievement in the department of the sliding QWERTY droid because it finally offers you with a very useable keyboard. The letters are not cramped and are very nicely separated so allowing you to type very easily and efficiently without any typos. In all the other Motorola droids that are with a QWERTY keyboard the keys are very cramped and not very comfortable to use.

Still there are some problems, Motorola Droid 4 will take you some time to get used to the new keyboard but still its way better than DROID 3. This droid also contains the Motorola’s Nano coating which was originally developed for RAZR and makes the device splash resistant. This new droid also comes with a 4 inch qHD display which makes it a bit inferior to other devices that are already sporting massive 720p display.

Overall the phone is well build using good quality materials and the hinge that is used for the sliding keyboard is sturdy so you can be assured that it won’t be damaged with frequent use. This device is a good alternative to people who are looking for a phone other than Blackberry that features enhanced security with a qwerty keyboard along with touch screen transition.

Motorola RAZR MAXX:

Motorola RAZR MAXX is a fitting name for a grand device. This device packs an impressive battery which is rated at 3300mAh which will make you think of a very bulky and heavy device but on the contrary the device lives up to the name of RAZR. It has quite a slim profile with thickness at certain spots which will be easily missed out on because of the impressive looks of the device.

You can imagine Galaxy Nexus and RAZR MAXX quite easily falls in that category. With the impressive battery Motorola have claimed that you will easily get 21 hours of talk time and if you switch off the data or 3G then you will be able to get up to 380 hours of standby time which amounts to 15.8 days. This is quite the feat achieved by Motorola only at the cost of few millimeters of thickness.

Other than this the remaining specs are same for the device as that of Droid 4 minus the sliding keyboard. This device also comes with the superfast LTE network radio which will allow you 4G connection providing phenomenal data transfer rate.

It also comes with a micro SD card slot to expand your memory and can support up to 32 GB of storage.

Both the device comes with Motorola’s MOTOBLUR UI modification over the android OS which provides a unique eye candy experience to the user.

This year these two devices from Motorola are sure interesting and provide a unique improvement upon the original RAZR trade name and also on top of the thinnest form factor you get amazing performance from both the device that it will be the most stylish and sleek device among fashion enthusiast.
