Samsung Starts To Construct Mass eMMC Memory for Its Mobile Devices

Samsung after facing many problems in relation to the Apple vs. Samsung verdict that involved the patent infringement of Apple by Samsung now has been heading back again in the mobile industry.

Even after facing many loses recently Samsung has now thought to build strong 128GB eMMC memory for its upcoming mobile devices. This information was announced at Samsung Mobile Solutions Forum 2012.

This high profile eMMC has gone into varied mass production for its upcoming next generation android devices.

This 128 GB is high enough to store apps, games and entertainment files to this high mass eMMC memory. The eMMC Pro is manufactured by using the Samsung’s 20 nanometer technology and relates to JEDEC eMMC 4.5 versions.

This is a NAND based flash memory that runs speed upto 140MBPS and 50MBPS in case of read and write operations. These memories run at a speed of 5 times more than that of the micro-SD cards.

As we know multi-core processors are durable and fast and same is the case with memory eMMC that performs multiple operations in a particular time interval. This eMMC memory is rumored to come with Samsung Galaxy S4 next year in 2013…
