Before the emerging of Android Phones the iPhones are so popular. At that time it is the only smartphone that anyone wants. It was universally good. Only the actors, models, academics and graphic designers had that with them.
But after few years the trend was completely changed. Most of the people start to use the android mobiles. This is because it is available at cheaper rates when compared with iPhone.
The iPhone (with its black metal and fancy glass face) costs $299 on a good day and $500 on a day when you’re not out of contract. The android mobiles like Motorola Atrix HD costs just 99 cents with contract. This is one of the major reason why Android phone dominate the Apple’s iPhone across the world.
Another reason is android comes into its own sophisticated, refined mobile Operating System that deserves to be purchased in large numbers. Further, the manufacturers of smartphone are free to use Android, they no need to pay anything to Google.
I think these are all the few reasons why still android are so popular in market when compared with iPhones.
